Stone Window Cills Manufactured & Supplied
Our stone window masonry also includes jambs and lintels (clicking the link takes you to each unique section); in these examples of a finished house and a work in progress, you can see we can make cills to be either protruding with the drain or flush to the wall. Oh, yes, a final point, not all window cills, jambs and lintels are used for ‘windows’, as in the case of this image, it has an industrial use as a ventilation housing unit.
These window cills were made for the Eco Centre next to Worksworth, near Matlock, in Derbyshire. The stonework for the building was supplied by us, including the cladding, coping stones, masonry features: you can read about it and see the building images and features here
The stonework is supplied bespoke to the specified design, stone and finish. If you have a project coming soon, please contact us to see how we can work with you.
Our natural stone cills have different cuts and finishes to them, each one is done bespoke, by machine and hand, so it’s an exact fit for the space. They are all cut at our site in Longcliffe, near Matlock, in Derbyshire. This is on the edge of the Peak District National Park where we have natural stone quarries around so material is available to us, including Hopton Stone and other quarry brands.
